Oh wow I really like that meditation! After trying this exercise for a while it’s getting easier to identify when heavy emotions come up and how I started allowing them to take up space. I wish we were taught things like this in school.

Doing crafts is how I decompress. Sometimes the only way to stop focusing on my anxiety is making something. Oh wow I really like that meditation! After trying this exercise for a while it’s getting easier to identify when heavy emotions come up and how I started allowing them to take up space. I wish we were taught things like this in school.

Yeah, I think recapitulation is just a really fancy word for healing triggered emotions. I like this article though, because I’m a huge fan of Carlos Castaneda’s work. I can read his books over and over and it feels like I’m reading something new every time.
